Increasing the hop Pt2

Another hop increasement guide.

Whilst the PTFE guide is good, it does wear in after time, and become less effective, plus still with the heavier .36 / .43 bb's it still doesnt create the hop up needed.

So this one should give you the extra hop you need, be warned though, if you run light ammo through this even with the hop off, chances are they will OVERhop,

also if you use .36 you will also needto remove the ptfe hop increase mod if you have done that also, as i found that with both, the ,36 were over hopping with no hop adjustment (on its lowest setting)

You will need a bit of a biro ink tube for this though.

Lets start:

Get to the hop unit

Remove the 3 screws holding the hop adjustment bit, and remove it.

lift up the hop lever arm, you might need to use a small alan key or a screw driver to lift it up.

Get your bit of biro tube, and cut it down so its just wide enough to fit between the 2 prongs on the hop lever.

You will need to make sure that its not loose and it should be a snug fit between the prongs.

Put the hop adjustment bit back on, and put your rifle back together.

You now have even more hop adjustment.
